Adaptive Business Designs
Adaptive Business Designs (ABD) is an executive education and coaching firm dedicated to Sense & Respond. Through classes, readings, workshops and ongoing coaching executives learn and apply the concepts, principles, methods and tools required to transform their organizations into adaptive enterprises.
Keynote speaker at management conferences, executive off-sites, industry events, and functional conferences. Recent engagements in North America, Brazil, Netherlands, UK, Spain, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand at Strategy, Marketing, HR, Finance and IT events.
One-half to three day course on concepts and principles, with examples and class exercises that facilitate action learning. Venues include Individual Firm sessions, Exec Ed Programs, and customized workshops. May include sessions by collaborating subject matter experts on implementation technologies and methods.
Two to five day events combining education and action-learning exercises with facilitated development of a firm-specific adaptive business design. Workshops are typically run for individual organizations.

Sense & Respond Certification
An intensive course of study for individuals assigned the responsibility of providing in-house Sense and Respond expertise. Program incorporates reading in the foundational concepts of Sense and Respond, mentoring during participation in a Sense and Respond implementation project, and submission of a paper supporting an original adaptive design for an organization with which the individual is personally familiar. Upon successful completion, Adaptive Business Designs formally certifies the level of Sense and Respond competence attained.
